- Prepares all orders according to specification.  - Preps food items (e.g., soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, baking as needed, etc.) for daily use.  - Preps line for each meal.  Stocks backup (e.g., steaks and seafood) in cooler. - Keeps service area clean.  Sanitizes, cleans hood vents, washes walls, sweeps and mops, etc. - Rotates and labels food in cooler. - Prepares closing: restocks, wraps open foods, puts foods in cooler, etc. - Confers with Culinary Management as to up to date reservation and house counts as appropriate. - Checks with Culinary Management for preparation and presentation of daily specials, substitutions, and product use and availability. - Completes opening and closing side work completely. - Notifies Kitchen Management when supplies are running low.  Requests inventory items from supervisors using Stratton-Warren system. - Secures all equipment needed for line production. - Inventories amounts of prepared food from previous day. - Transfers foodstuffs from walk-in to reach-in. - Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

- Must promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with. - Effectively responds to supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. - Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages. -- Must constantly pre-bus station.  Follows health and safety rules. - Must become trained and certified in TIPS. - Interacts verbally with all bar guests, creating friendly and upbeat atmosphere. - Assists with inventory and inventory control. - Rings in all beverages according to standards set by Food & Beverage department and collects proper money for these beverages. - Serves drinks to all bar guests.  - Verifies guest is of legal drinking age when unsure. - Knows all drink prices. - Claims tips received according to laws governing wage. - Knows all Food & Beverage department open and closing times and memorizes their food items to have the ability to inform guests when asked. - Rings up all alcoholic beverage orders for Cocktail Servers. - Makes all alcoholic beverages for Cocktail Servers. - Collects payment from Cocktail Servers and provides them with a receipt. - Completes end of shift checkout and paperwork according to standards set by the Food and Beverage department. - Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest services.

- Takes orders and serves drinks to customers.  includes icing glasses, finishing setups, and garnishing as necessary.  Ensures hot beverages are hot when served and frozen beverages are frozen. - Collects proper money for these beverages. - Cleans and maintains station: removes trash, removes empty cups or bottles, pushes in chairs, etc.  Must constantly pre-bus station.  Follows Health and Safety Rules. - Must become trained and certified in TiPS. - Knows hours of all Food and Beverage outlets and memorizes their food items to have ability to inform guests when asked. - Knows all drink prices. - Does public relations for the company: sells the casino and landing (i.e., knows their respective products and up sells), and answers guest questions. - Performs side work; makes coffee, stocks and cleans waitress station, cleans work area, etc. - Verifies guest is of legal drinking age when unsure. - Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

- Processes all departments’ deposits.  Balances deposits and sends to the bank.  Runs a tape of all travelers checks, personal checks, and comp checks and separates. - Processes Slot, Cage, Security, and Dealer tokes deposits.  Makes deposits, including checks from Accounting department, for the company. - Verifies Count Team drop from the BV drop, Table Games Drop, and Redemption Kiosk Drop.  - Verifies currency and coin received from bank. - Does Cage buys.  Replenishes cash needed to supply Slot department wallets and Cage Cashiers. - Verifies all money coming back into the vault.  Makes sure the count is correct. - Records all transactions on Vault Accountability Sheet. - Fills Kiosk Cassettes and US Coin Bags for the Redemption Kiosks. - Performs Cashier and Main Bank duties when needed. - Communicates effectively with customers in a pleasant, professional manner. - Accurately counts money and exchanges coins or gaming chips for customers.- Complies with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position. - Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.
